      In charge of implementing the continuous improvement of business processes, based on E2E process (from start to finish), process diagramming (BPM), KPI determination that allowed to identify shortcomings and opportunities for improvement, process analysis using lean methodologies, diagnostic tools and portfolio implementation of the improvements detected.One of the main jobs performed corresponds to the mortgage loan process, where the process was to reduce from 120 cycle time to 90 (25% - from the request to the signature).
