  I Work mostly in a C developer role, and support our platforms team sometimes. I do ports of RTI's networking middleware to support new operating systems and hardware.What that means is that I'm good at finding out if a problem is in our middleware, or in the compiler/toolchain, or in the underlying OS. When the issue is in our middleware, I'm good at finding an adaptation, and when it's not, I'm good at talking to our vendors to figure it out.
