  • Control Inventory Stock through Indent on Receipt & Issue.• Check the Physical Materials received from Supplier through proper Checklist.• Maintaining of store records GRN/MRN & Issue Slip feeding on daily basis.• Preparing creditors/ debtor’s reconciliation statements.• Prepare the Purchase order, Service order & keeping the relevant records.• Controlling of Issue’s to Contractor’s.• Making arrangement towards Freight Payment of Transporters with Coordination Service Tax Dep’t.• To maintain all record of RGP & NRGP & Follow up with the Parties to return material within Timeframe.• Maintaining Good House Keeping.• Floating Enquery, Calling Quatation, Comprision, Assisting in Finalizing of Purchase Order/Work Order also looking of emergency purchase order from local market.• Physical Verification of Inventory.• To send Critical items/consumption report during season. • Making the bill/challan for inter unit transferred. • Total working in ERP/SAP system.
