I was responsible for the effective leadership, management and welfare of a diverse workforce. By undertaking operational roles I gained a wide experience in command-and-control of level 2 incidents.T/Station Manager 42 hour (specialist roles) Operations Procedures - responsible for the development, implementation and management of Service Operational Manual Notes, which concern practical firefighting and policies and procedures. Water and Logistics Officer responsible for the management of water supplies for firefighting operations - the maintenance/repair of fire hydrants by internal hydrant technicians and Water Utilities.
