  Leader in the implementation of different EHS activities within the Blue Class sites.The implementation corresponded to having all health issues in order, ergonomics, rotations between workersThe safety issue was implemented by carrying out the HOP (Human and Organizational Performance), Safe Start, and Visual Felt Leadership methodology, achieving accident rate indicators of 2.4 in a company with 2 years of industrial safety positions being created.In environmental issues, compliance with basic issues such as waste control, reforestation, sale of recyclables was carried out, the model of indicators per site was implemented to determine which waste can be recovered and avoid contamination.The topics of the 17 sustainability objectives were also implemented, and only 3 of them were managed by 2023, and how to achieve the goal of zero carbon emissions by 2030.The positive luxury audit was implemented, achieving recertification for two more years, which gave us the advantage of being able to continue being considered viable to be a luxury house.The Socially Responsible Company issues were followed up to continue with the re-certifications.Budgets were managed for all areas, achieving health, industrial safety and environmental inputs in the newly purchased sites.Internal civil protection plans were implemented as well as COFEPRIS permits for clinics and dining rooms.
