Duties included mechanical engineering planning for expansions, electrical distribution oversight, program manipulation for Allen Bradley PLC automation, HOST systems fuzzy logic controlling batch decisions and Robotics, day to day repair and upkeep of physical facilities. Personnel hiring, evaluations, training, contract negotiation and interpretation of union contact language in an open labor shop. Process control, mechanical design and fabrication.
