  Project: Middle rise building of 47 flats (7 floors) and 8 townhouses : 3400 sqm of living area on 1 level of basement (151 parking spaces). Turnover : 7M€Key Responsibilities: • Head of Project : Cost, Time, Quality, Security monitoring• Responsible for on-site safety : Wearing of PPE, elimination of hazards (Bodyrailings to avoid falling from heights, no hazardous behaviour, no alcohol...)• Responsible for the studies during preparation : Concrete, Shotcrete basement’s walls, plumbing, electricity: Ensuring that the drawings and studies are compliant with the project, with the Labels (Very High Energy Efficiency, Low Consumption Building) and with the Bill of quantities defined by the sales team• Responsible for the good execution of the work according to the validated drawings and studies• Subcontractors award : bidding process management, analysis of the offers, award, contract signing• Subcontractors management (23 subcontractors) : Planning follow-up, daily tasks check, payment• Ensure that the building site is compliant with laws (VISA, trainings, licenses ...)• Financial reports: Establish the project balance sheet and activity report• Contract Administration: Ensure the compliance and fulfilment of the contracts conditions, calculate the inclement weather days, and ensure that the workers on the building site have their paperwork• Weekly meeting with Developer, Architect and all Stakeholders including technical issues discussions, additional sales negotiation and progress report.• Maintain a good relationship with the neighbourhood (Occupied building on the construction site) and local administration by limiting the noise and dust emissionsKey Achievements: o Net margin maintained during the project, o 55k€ of additional sales during the construction,o On time delivery, without reservation,o "zero incidents” label granted.   RezoProcess® met à disposition des entreprises de réseaux le nuage de points géoréférencé en 3D des travaux pour l’édition des PLANS DE RECOLEMENT CERTIFIES EN CLASSE A.Depuis le 1er janvier 2018, les entreprises de réseaux doivent livrer des plans de récolement précis (classe A) faisant également figurer les réseaux existants découverts à l’occasion des travaux, et géoréférencés par un prestataire certifié.Afin de mettre en application cette réforme, nous avons crée le service RezoProcess®. RezoProcess® permet d’effectuer le relevé précis et exhaustif des réseaux neufs et existants, en fouille ouverte, à partir d’une simple vidéo prise au smartphone :1. Une fois les réseaux posés, le chef chantier marque des points de calage (à la bombe) le long de la tranchée.2. Le chef de chantier filme la tranchée ouverte et les repères peints en bordure de fouille avec son smartphone.Puis il déverse les films sur le cloud de RezoProcess®3. Le prestataire certifié de l’entreprise intervient à sa convenance pour relever par GPS les repères placés en bordure de fouille par le chef de chantier. Il transmet leurs coordonnées sur le cloud de RezoProcess®4. RezoProcess® crée le modèle 3D grâce à la technologie de la photogrammétrie et le géoréférence, puis le met à disposition du bureau de dessin le modèle géoréférencé.5. Le Prestataire certifié produit le plan de récolement avec son logiciel de dessinLe service RezoProcess® permet le récolement en fouille ouverte, en classe A, sans intervention quotidienne du prestataire certifié.Ainsi, chef de chantier et géomètre sont indépendants. 100% dématérialisé, le service RezoProcess® peut être utilisé par toutes les entreprises du territoire.L'édition de plans de récolements conformes, précis et exhaustifs est plus simple, plus rapide, et plus économique.
