  I, and my team established a mortgage underwriting unit in Edmonton to support the TD Mobile Mortgage Sales force in Western Canada. The team not only underwrites the Mortgage Applications, but is also responsible for all document compliance. We work closely with our sales partners to find ways to say "Yes" to our clients while maintaining strong control of Risk. With our location in Western Canada, we have a strong insight into the Real Estate Markets in BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.
