      My primary focus at Barr is National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permitting, water-quality-based toxics control, stormwater management, and regulatory assistance. I'm also involved in a variety of permitting and regulatory projects including environmental assessments; environmental impact statements; pretreatment program evaluation; antidegradation analysis; Toxic Release Inventory reporting; stormwater pollution prevention plans; and spill prevention, control, and countermeasure plans. I have experience in statistical analysis of groundwater monitoring data for landfill sites. My project experience is with private industry clients in mining, industrial sands, power, manufacturing, ethanol production, and oil pipelines as well as municipal clients. Show less
