  I am currently employed within the Food Service sector at A.F.Blakemore and Son Ltd in the capacity of Depot Operations Manager at their busy Wakefield depot. I am responsible for overseeing and managing the site including the multi shift warehouse and the transport department.We are responsible for delivering the wide range of food products across the UK via our fleet of multi-temperature vehicles. Our customer base spans across Public Houses and Service Stations to SME Businesses and Local Authorises, all of which are serviced through our 'one order one drop' system which is run by our own in-house IT systems allowing us to control the WDS system to our advantage. I am also responsible for the operational management and smooth running of this site from where I have 85 FTE running 24/7, thus providing our customers first class supply meeting their demand whilst running at 98.5% customer satisfaction service levels.
