  My role at Yes Sir Cafe allowed me to project manage and design a brand new concept for an abandoned cafe that previously used the space. Yes Sir is a trendy laneway cafe & bar drawing from LA’s Venice aesthetic to bring colour into the dark surrounding. My responsibilities for this position include product purchasing, employee management, event and operations manager, Barista and Beverage Attendant.
