We, humans, have only just begun the exploration of the unlimited capacities of our own brains and that’s where my passion to help build sustainable models for diverse business environments comes from. Each person’s micro transformation changes the macro reality of its company.My own mental shift began after losing 90% mobility in my arm due to a shoulder injury. The intense pain and lack of results from traditional and alternative medical methods led me to neuroscience and quantum physics. The first provides the base for NLP and psychology, which are, in turn, the base for the Change Management methods I’ve used extensively in Business Transformations in the past. Studying and practising neuroscience quickly led to my full recovery; however, I didn’t stop there. I continued to study its potential applications and now, I successfully use Neuroscience techniques combined with my Business Transformation experience to teach companies how to drive change with permanent results. Such results are one of the biggest challenge companies face, hence my goal is not to make teams dependant on me but to learn all the techniques and be able to repeat and practise all by themselves. I am known as a thought-leader, inspiring others to realise their own potential to grow and learn, to turn obstacles into opportunities, and to help others shape a vision when they can't see the possibilities.Change is the only permanent thing in our professional and personal life and is the key to success.
