Delivered vertical start-up on Flex line and ensure 100% OTIF on innovation and regular production, ensured 100% project handover through machine trialing (dry and wet run), safety risk assessment and design HACCP for product. Capacity Enhancement: delivered a cost saving through speed increase projects and performance loss reduction project on 5 lines, this has a direct impact on FOE (Production Cost). My incident management expertise involved conducting simulated recall exercises (Dummy Recall) across all owned sites, guaranteeing preparedness for potential product recalls. Furthermore, I implemented Unilever Warehousing Standards across third-party warehouses and distributor networks, maintaining consistency and quality throughout the supply chain. Market Evaluation of major Unilever products enabled identification of quality enhancement opportunities, while Defect Elimination projects at both owned and third-party sites drove continuous improvement.
