  In this role, I developed and implemented strategies to engage and maintain positive relationships with alumni as well as building and maintaining a strong network with alumni to foster a sense of community and support. I also organized several programs under my department and became the program director for Forum Kerjaya: Life After Graduating. This program was one of the notable events organized by Gerakan Pengguna Siswa (GPS UPM) in 2022. The main aim of the program was to guide students into choosing the right career and also educating them on the employability skills they should equip before graduating. This program was featured by Coach Nik Faiz, Linkedin Icon and was celebrated by more than 150 university students. From this program, I have learned many beneficial skills such as event planning skills, strategic thinking, resource management, sponsorship acquisition & etc. Show less
