  I designed and conducted an on-site survey of labor safety and environmental impact best practices for YMSW’s Chinese quarries and fabrication shops. Formulated observations and survey data into recommendations for implementation. I was able to incorporate this into my senior year thesis on corporate social responsibility.

  As ESCO's licensee coordinator, I was involved in managing ESCO's relationships with licensee companies in four key global regions: Chile, Australia, Japan and South Africa. This required me to work with manufacturing, sales and service, marketing, pricing, engineering, and finance. Aside from managing these licensee relationships, I also collaborated with the upstream marketing department in the detailed assessments of major markets. I enjoyed this position for the wide breadth of understanding it required and I learned a great deal about the processes and business at ESCO. Show less
