  • Assist static engineer and mechanical technician team to perform routine of maintenance, advanced troubleshooting and inspection of mechanical equipment such as:1. Plan Preventive Maintenance: Pre-monsoon tank Inspection (PMI) involving fixed-roof storage tank T-22701, T-22702, T-29408. 2. Reactive Maintenance: Belt drive replacement for fan Air Fin Cooler type of Heat Exchanger EF 101-3.3. Visual Inspection: Breather Valve corrosion progression for fixed roof storage tank D-955, D-922, D-936, D-916 and D-952. Motor Operated Valve MOV-807C cannot operate remotely. 292-MOV-091 Produced abnormal sound during operation.4. Advance troubleshooting: Dead Man Valve malfunction and badly corroded V-21104, V-21107, V-21108. Swing Check Valve with abnormal sound. Pressure Relief Valve passing 292-RV-404.5. Joint integrity inspection: Pressure Relief Valve RV-901B Bellow type installation.• Verify Pre-Monsoon Inspection (PMI) report and findings closure.• Perform data analysis on piping, pipe support and valve failures for the last 3 years according to damage mechanism.• Perform data analysis on active Inspection report for C1 and C2 damage criticality for overall equipment from Inspection Worklist System.• Participate and assist area engineer in monitoring the progress of KR2B Pitstop (Shutdown Q4) involving Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger (STHE) E-22201 A-H rectification.
