In the short time I worked there I was asked by management to apply for a higher position, but was unable to because of my plans to transfer schools.

  Senior Specialist, Business Analyst

  I was a Business Analyst for the Asset Transfer Services department. In this role, I helped bridge the gap between the business, or the teams processing the transfers, and the development/platform teams. We took the needs, pain points, and inefficiencies the business brought us and came up with was to improve the existing platforms and create better ones going forward. The team used an agile workflow which meant attending daily stand ups, weekly backlog and refinement meetings, and sprint planning sessions throughout the quarter. I also managed the Asset Transfer Services Sharepoint website, the department's "Knowledge Center" page, and made sure our Point of Supervision was always up to date and accurate. In addition, I worked closely with the Risk & Control team on department audits. Show less
