  I have worked as a Skill Development trainer in different districts in Uttarakhand. I was a certified civil site trainer in the rural parts of Haridwar and Chamoli. My job was to plan and organize the training program for a particular site at Chamoli and to ensure trainees have the existing knowledge to check if they are capable to sit in the training program. Proper arrangement of training centers such as sitting arrangement, theory and practical labs, building material, tools and equipment, electricity and water facilities was checked by me. The training was provided to elevate their core skills, leadership qualities, and entrepreneurial thinking. They were taught about the government schemes launched for them, how to create a positive work environment, and their rights and responsibilities. They were trained in their respective job role by following proper safety, health, and environmental practices. The training was provided as per the session plan and SOPs given by the GOI.
