      Managed an office of DRA interns, helping grow the office from 12 staff to over 160 in a twelve month period. This team successfully delivered a massive data synchronization effort, consolidating data on companies and securities from 41 countries. After managing the intern group for three years, I transitioned to an Analyst role, working with our Big 4 auditing clients to define their needs and deliver solutions.

      As a Business Analyst within the Premium Accounting department, I served on a variety of process improvement, software testing, and system conversion teams. I also served as a primary trouble shooter for technical and accounting issues.I developed expertise with our primary administration system, spearheading our credit card processing efforts, system upgrade testing, and enhancement requests.I also developed expertise with Visual Basic for Excel, designing, coding, testing, and implementing an electronic file load process. Show less As part of the IOPA - Change Leadership team, serve as a Delivery Manager, where I facilitate partnerships between business and technical organizations.
