  As a Business Analyst within the Premium Accounting department, I served on a variety of process improvement, software testing, and system conversion teams. I also served as a primary trouble shooter for technical and accounting issues.I developed expertise with our primary administration system, spearheading our credit card processing efforts, system upgrade testing, and enhancement requests.I also developed expertise with Visual Basic for Excel, designing, coding, testing, and implementing an electronic file load process.
