  Zeal is a national youth organisation filled with passionate, creative misfits with a mission to help young people discover, express and develop their unique creativity.Zeal National Office- Mentored 10 staff, 50 young promoters and 100+ volunteers outworking 170+ events annually, whilst leading 50 events (festivals, concerts, conferences, school tours) myself. - Event attendance grew 19k to 54k. Video views 245k to 706k. Social engagements 230k+ annually.- Published an online guide to alcohol free youth events as youth lead for Health Promotion Agency (NZ Government) with interactive website, videos and additional support.- Created educational one day event bootcamps, with 186 young people receiving training and outworking 28 events nationally. Zeal Event Box- Pioneered the development of mobile centre infrastructure for Zeal. Built, lead, launched and managed social enterprise known as the Zeal Event Box (mobile stage truck), engaging 30 young people in the development of project from start to finish.- Lead stakeholder engagements, building relationships with 200+ community, corporate and government stakeholders.
