This role including site acquisition, negotiation, signing lease contract, design the site, build the site then start installation. All the required civil & power engineering works in order to prepare for equipment installation. Design & manage for network elements installation in new & existed sites and insure that all the requirements met including (power, transmission, BSC& BTS for testing) prepare for site acceptance. Insure smooth implementation plan to swap ALU elements (ex Iraqna) to NSN element (Zain IQ) and provide the requirement for core network elements vendors ALU & NSN during the integration and supervise the expansion procedures for NSS, IN, OSS elements.
