Which includes and is not limited too kitchen and bathroom upgrades, upgrades to garages, Minor works, damp/mould programme, disrepairs and all complaints for the contract. Attend properties or sites to inspect and quote for work set out by our client, also carrying out progress of work, post inspections and scaffold Inspections. Liaise with residents to ensure they are kept informed of all ongoing repairs/upgrades in their property and visit them throughout the project.
