  Production Engineering Manager over functional and systems testing for 737 and P-8 aircraft. Manage employees in US and internationally to support systems engineering. Manages employees performing engineering and technical activities in the area of Production Engineering.Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals. Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management and leads process improvements. Experience with FSDA assembly, design and tooling practices. Develop and demonstrate processes for “Start Right”, Jig Load Readiness, & build execution, define and manage associated metrics to ensure leadership visibility to risks, issues and opportunities.
