  Project manager for the implementation of SAP Warehouse Management System as BSH insourced operations from external warehouse service provider in Sweden. Responsible for coordinating all IT matters when BSH changedlogistics service providers, in Denmark and Sweden. Head of team responsible for inbound deliveries and warehousing in the Nordic region. Most important achievements and experiences were building a process oriented team and cooperating with, and steering, an external logistics service provider.Also acted as an internal consultant in India and Australia, one month each, during 2014. During 2009 BSH Northern Europe ran a project to upgrade its current version of SAP (ERP system). The role of the PIM was to ensure that new system solutions were compatible with existing logistics processes. Participated in the realisation of a completely new Nordic spare part logistics solution with simultaneous implementation of a new outsourced warehouse, a new distribution and a new SAP set up
