  I am an certified ADHD life Coach who focuses on working with children and teens. It is my mission to help them learn about themselves while developing a positive, strength-based relationship with their ADHD. In addition in providing one on one coaching I also offer classes about ADHD to help todays youth learn about themselves and how to navigate the world with their Neurodiversity.
