His role included feasibility assessment of roads and supervision of all surveys and site works as required by the contract. Mr. Lungu was also key in representing the consultant in stake holder meetings and making descisions on site. Mr Lungu was responsible for the planning of the project execution of works and progress of project program. Other tasks included preparing of work schedules, and inception report. He was also one of the Pavement Engineer’s on the same project and took part in the Geometric Design of the surveyed urban roads using Civil 3D.
