  As founder of Youth Success Daycare (www.facebook.com/youthsuccessdaycare), Ms. DelaCruz, a licensed day care provider, has created a safe learning environment for children ages5 to 12 to learn and encourage self-development while parents are at work. She develops,designs, documents, and administers programs, such as the “Adventure Program” thatincludes providing field trips to museums and other learning facilities, as well as excursionsto parks and recreational areas to keep children active while also learning about healthimprovement exercise. Ms. Della Cruz, a Therapeutic Foster Parent, develops various tutoringprograms in reading, mathematics, health and nutrition, arts and crafts, music, dance, food,shows, performance, vendors, and Bouncy House. Her mission is to educate the youth andtheir parents about improving their well-being, from health and nutrition to expanding achild’s educational opportunities from an early age. She has dedicated and trained staff whoprovide services at the Daycare.
