This included monthly certification review, responding to operations questions, branch operations reviews, and new deposit account QA and documentation reviews. I began my time at F&M as a teller and also spent two years as a branch manager before moving to the Branch Operations Support position in 2005.

I am also responsible for administration and project management of the Bank's core (DCI iCore), deposit origination (Finastra DepositPro), and online banking and cash management (Q2 e-Banking), systems.
