I received SRA (Senior Residential Appraiser) professional certification, the most prestigious residential designation. At the company's peak, I directed a team of 11 and generated annual revenues of $700,000. I acquired and developed three major accounts generating over 80% of the companies revenues and led a review project for a larger lender identifying $10 million in undervalued assets due to faulty appraisal practices.
