The truth however is far from that. AdvocacyBy definition, advocacy is the act of speaking on the behalf of or in support of another person, place, or thing. Advocacy must bring significant and tangible benefits to the intended group of people, in this case, the neurodivergent community.2. Awareness BuildingAwareness-building means making people conscious about a problem or issue. You want to make a certain topic or issue more visible within a community. The goal is to make people understand the importance of a certain issue and find support to address it.3. Professional DevelopmentNo one is born brilliant at their job. The Neurodiversity Sector across the world is experiencing rapid growth and receiving due recognition among all allied professions.
