   Development and management of 7 Regional and 35 In-store visual merchandisers covering over 80 retail points.  Management of 32 standalone, 43 concession and 9 outlets, undertaking weekly and periodic analysis with heads of department to identify risk, maximise stock position and potential profitability. Progressively managed brand profile & company directive, forged new and enhanced existing relationships with Retail and HQ team. Creative design and technical development of in-season VM directional documents.  Initiated new staff evaluation process, resulting in significant performance improvement & development. Strategic support to Global Head & VM manager resolving Retail, Wholesale & Licensee issues. Identifying and initiating programmes to standardise training approach and employee tools.
