The sales target was completed ahead of time, and the remaining 40% share is now worth £26m. • I reviewed client financials, budgets, and costs to prepare client proposals for funding.   A professional financial services company which helps businesses in a wide variety of different sectors with various financial requirements, from bookkeeping to complete advisory services, the best example of which is detailed below;• A large charity in Birmingham was looking to update its accounting system by moving everything to a cloud-based system. This was initially beset with issues, including anomalies in the accounting ledgers, issues with links to the charity’s eleven different bank accounts in three different banks and with exchange variations as donations were received in three different currencies. These issues were successfully resolved, and the new system went live within three months. Now, the charity has a clearer view of its financial position and better invoicing processes that assist with the charity’s cash flow. • Advising group investment firm with net assets of £25m and control of trading companies with a turnover of £147m. Work involved reviewing company structure and assisting in restructuring. Assistance in valuation and negotiations for a buyout of minority shareholders and reviewing the work and figures produced by finance directors of trading companies. Show less
