  Collaborated with senior management across a variety of business areas to project manage the delivery of re-engineered business processes, new IT applications and application enhancements. This involved direct line management, matrix management and the management of 3rd party suppliers.Key Achievements:• As part of a company merger, successfully project managed the harmonisation of the business processes and core finance systems for managing direct operating costs across 2 airlines. This was set against a background of considerable cultural change and commercial renegotiation.• Delivered an automated flight crew briefing system to replace an inefficient manual process, which resulted in a streamlined process and annual cost savings of £180K.This involved 4 different applications and had a significant regulatory requirement.• Implemented a number of enhancements to an in-flight retail system which overhauled cabin crew commission targets and realised savings of £115K per annum. • Project managed a complex set of enhancements to 5 different applications to enable significant business process changes, which resulted in improved customer service for in-flight retail sales and more rigorous financial control, stock control and reporting.• Undertook a supplier review and detailed billing analysis which identified over charging of £140K and negotiated a credit for the full amount. Project managed a work stream within a large change programme to restructure and transform IT service support and delivery.Key Achievements:• Devised and developed a training programme which was successfully delivered to approximately 150 IT staff across 4 locations, • Implemented a consolidated IT service management application and a harmonised support process across 9 different sites, resulting in a streamlined and more consistent service• Achieved consensus on a group wide IT change management process by engaging a cross section of IT staff via workshops and discussions.
