  Summer Training programme with project title “Well Intervention Operations.” The training comprised of visits to Mangala, Bhagyam and Rageshwari fields for operations using Coiled Tubing Unit (Sand Washing and Nitrogen activation), Slick line (Installation and Retrieval of Jet Pump, Sand Bailing) and E-line (Well Perforation and Real-time Bottomhole Pressure Monitoring).

  Industrial Internship at Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. in Well Simulation Services, Ahmedabad. The internship gave deeper insights towards field jobs like Hydraulic Fracturing and Gravel Packing. Field visits to other jobs like Well Cleanout using CTU, Hot Oil Circulation and Matrix Acidization.

  Worked on a Cardwell rig which drills in Ahmedabad Asset. Completed three development wells with the rig, closely watching each operation from rig building to rig release. Followed the DPR and looked into well depth calculations, connection sizes, BHA calculations, pump pressures, WOB, ROP etc. Was part of every job (drilling, tripping, casing, spudding, etc.) and was also trusted with brake handling.

  Dissertation intern, IOGPT- Deepwater and Field Development

  Completed my M.E. Dissertation project at the Institute of Oil and Gas Production Technology, ONGC at the department of Deepwater and Field Development. I acquired working proficiency in steady state simulation software like PIPESIM, Transient state simulation on OLGA, Fluid properties simulations on MultiFlash and PVTSim and Cost estimation software, QUE$TOR. My project was inclined towards mitigation of flow assurance issues specifically Gas Hydrates to guarantee uninterrupted production. I also worked on projects dealing with Tubing, Flowline and Choke sizing, wax deposition mitigation measures and an experimental study to gauge the effectivity of MEG quantum dots as a hydrate inhibitor.
