Conducted research into the viability of a local afterschool climbing program.

New Lake Washington residence: foundation and primary I-beam structure layout and elevations with transit and Leica total station, pivoting wall assembly layout and frame install, monumental bent steel fascia install, 1/4" steel window liners flush with window and floor details, MEP documentation w/ Leica 3D scanner, subcontractor layout and support, steel fence design/install, custom steel fabrication for various design solutions, framing, and formwork for architectural concrete. Adaptive reuse - new custom residential apartment suites and seismic upgrades for masonry commercial spaces on Ballard Ave. Tenant improvement - Sawyer Restaurant.
