As a Junior Concierge and Hall Luggage Porter, I personally have the great opportunity to further improve and enhance a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests. My biggest challenges was to complete my full-time education and full-time job at the same time. My highest achievements during these career years were that I was successfully awarded BTEC HND International Hotel & Hospitality Management, and American Hotel & Lodging Association Diploma (Result: Pass with Distinction). I was also promoted and was trained as Junior Concierge at The Berkeley Hotel. I learned and understand that with today’s busy lifestyles that we all endure, it is refreshing to know that I could be the ones to work at anytime of the day to take care of my clients' and guests' every needs and requirements. The Berkeley Hotel guests I looked well after ranged from Royal Families, Heads of States, Premiership Footballers through to busy Celebrity families. I had the opportunities to assist them with their personal lifestyle management with their needs and requests. I had promptly deal with their requirements on their behalf and confirm back to them.Skills: Team Player, Excellent customer service, Listening, Customer Service Skills Training, Lifestyle and Travel Skills and Knowledge, Proactive, Intuitive, Thrive on challenges, creative problem solving, multitasking Show less
