Evaluate quality assurance to ensure compliance with operational and contract requirements for cable television and flight line video. Serve as main contact for customer inquiries. Assist with equipment ordering and keep accurate records of tools and work logs. Document all maintenance with Core Automated Maintenance System (CAMS) Provide customers with telephone troubleshooting and resolution of problems and complaints.   Established Thales presence in Afghanistan and oversaw all aspects of Thales’ OEF Afghanistan field operations. Direct liaison between Federal civilians and military leaders of US SOCOM, United States Marine Corps (USMC) and all allied forces. Established 3 full-service repair depots in Afghanistan to support the maintenance of AN/PRC 148 handheld radios and AN/VRC 111. Recruited, trained and supervised a team of 8 Field Support Representatives (FSRs) in South West Asia (SWA) located between 4 geographically dispersed locations, including 3 active combat areas. Managed Field Support Team Program and Operations in Afghanistan aligning staff and leadership to ensure delivery of superior technical support and leadership. * Selected by Thales as the first company representative in Afghanistan tasked with initiating the design and installation of multiple repair depots. Spearheaded program expansion from a single repair facility with 1 Field Service Representative and less than 1000 repairs per year to 3 sites with 8 Field Service Representatives performing 10,000+ repairs annually. * As the Thales Training Manager delivered training to approximately 4,000 soldiers.
