  Newsletter/Bytes - Revamped a weekly email newsletter called Bytes (a pocket-sized weekly dose of taxes, investments, finance & more). Played an integral role as the editorial head. Worked with my team for design and growth. Sent out 81 newsletters in 2020. The audience of Bytes grew to 50,000 weekly readers in a few months.Twitter - Managed the Twitter handle: @HowToQuicko. Stayed on top of new trends, news, queries, and escalations; incorporated these in the company’s daily tweets. Single-handedly posted over 1,000 tweets in 2020. This acted as a very important B2C funnel for the company.UX Copy - Wrote the website copy for various landing pages and in-app pages. This helped users and businesses to better understand the product.Blogs - Built the Quicko Blog from scratch for information related to the world of finance and tax. Wrote 60 blogs that were immensely informative and presented a unique point of view.Design & Videos - Created illustrations/animations for Crazy Tax Story, Quicko Calendar, Educational Videos, and Quicko Bytes.Customer Support and Stakeholder Management - I proactively solved queries for customers.   Help Section - Created an extensive Help Page about Algo Trading which contains hundreds of articles, webinars & blogs with a user-friendly design. This helps lakhs of traders and investors to become more knowledgeable and in turn make better trades. This also helped raise conversion rates by 37%.UX Copy - Wrote the entirety of the copy currently present inside the product. This task required me to learn about technical trading and a lot of related concepts. It was a very enlightening journey. My copy helps traders to clearly understand complex topics within the product.Data Analysis - Conducted 150 user interviews and analyzed data collected from more than 1000 users which formed the stepping stone for content creation and user journeys.Lead Generation - I contributed to lead generation & content marketing efforts with 4 major partners. I created and experimented with B2C and B2B funnels. This brought in approximately 1,000 first-time users to Streak every month.Partnership Management - I was managing Streak’s partnerships with leading brokerages and dealt with multiple stakeholders daily. I carried communication from the stakeholders to the top management of the company. Streak Academy - Worked on creating an entire Algo Trading course from scratch. I was heading the initiative.
