      Richard N. Lorenc was the Executive Vice President of the Foundation for Economic Education, Inc. (FEE) whose vision is to make the ideas of liberty familiar, credible, and compelling to the rising generation. Lorenc served as chief of staff, manages corporate finances, participates in fundraising, and directs partnerships. Under his leadership, FEE now reaches thousands of students in-person and millions online annually. Additionally, his emphasis on design is evidenced by FEE’s corporate headquarters in Atlanta design having won a prestigious Graphis Silver Award in 2018. From 2017-2020, Lorenc served as managing director of FEE's successful Youth Education & Audience Research (“YEAR”) project to develop and promote new content and distribution techniques for free-market ideas. As COO (January 2015-April 2018) Lorenc supported FEE's business unit leaders, supervise program measurement, and participate in organizational strategy and business planning. He also oversaw compliance, human resources, facilities, print production, procurement, finance and budgeting, and board reporting.Since 2015, FEE's contributions revenues have increased by an average of 24% annually, and FEE.org traffic has doubled every 14 months to 1.5 million visitors a month by May 2017. FEE has increased its expense budget from $3.8 million in 2014 to $7 million in 2021.In 2016, FEE was awarded a $1.8 million grant from the John Templeton Foundation. With FEE's executive director, Lorenc worked throughout the process to secure the grant.In 2017, FEE launched its inaugural FEEcon event with over 750 students and supporters. Lorenc aided with operations, graphics, and programming, and served as the event's MC.From April 2013- Jan. 2015, Lorenc served as FEE's Director of Programs & Alumni Relations, overseeing FEE's educational programs (including seminars and webinars), along with its alumni programs.
