Show less The Professional Development Program involves two rotations and is designed to expose newly graduated professionals to diverse learning experiences within BASF's Crop Protection Business. The first rotation is at the headquarters in Research Triangle Park, NC where I was assigned to work with our specialty and diversified portfolio.
