I'm responsible for theses global D&I programs and initiatives, from a People's area perspective, working closely with all countries, business units and other areas involved in this journey. In 2019, for the second consecutive year, Telefónica has been included in the Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index (GEI), for its progress in diversity. Telefónica is one of 6 Spanish companies selected in the ranking, in which there are only 10 telecom operators worldwide.Internal and external speaker: D&I awareness events, unconscious bias trainings in Corporate University, external events representing Telefónica, etc. Show less I was part of the the Global Talent and Development Center of Excellence; an exceptional, dynamic and multicultural team. The purpose of this team was to ensure the required capabilities to achieve the business success in the short, medium and long term.Our mission was to define and implement Telefonica’s strategic talent agenda for executives, managing the talent pipeline, implementing the key actions to ensure the best deployment and identifying the capabilities for the future in order to recruit and develop the talent needed in the organization.Some key projects I worked on during this period:- “Digital Transformational Leadership Profile”. First global assessment and development process focused on Digital Transformation (scope: 2.400 leaders among 26 countries). This project was key to have a better understanding of organisational and individual capabilities when it comes to digital transformation needs. We worked with Executives and Pre Executives across the company to raise the awareness of the impacts of digital transformation, not only on their business functions, but also at a personal level.
