I worked with the Program Directors at PCH Treatment center to assist with discharge planning, psychological assessments, and life skills coaching. I also worked to facilitate and moderate the Online Family Program, helping clients and their families connect and grow together. I oversee the management of all weekend operations at the residential facilities. I supervise up to 6 Client Assistants, assist with scheduling tasks, help clients adjust to residential life, and act as therapeutic support when needed. I provide both operational support to our staff as well as clinical support to our clients. My role is multi-faceted, working to solve problems in many areas and support different people each day. By working hand in hand with the treatment team I can be their eyes and ears during the weekends and help clients by providing emotional support or working with them on building life skills such as job searching, cooking, or building up their self-help toolkit. I work in an inpatient housing facility, assisting clients with day to day tasks, being available for support in moments of need, and helping provide clients with fun outings.
