Provide oversight and guidance for a small performing arts non-profit. Duties include writing staff position descriptions, serving on search committees (national and local), conducting annual personnel reviews, committee leadership, and hands-on support at various events. This term-based service has been fully remote since July 2020, with board and committee meetings held via videoconferencing. Additional project work completed via Google Drive, phone, email, and Slack.
