      I researched prosecutorial misconduct and my findings from 260 cases were used in TDS reports (a leading publication to raise awareness). I worked on a death penalty retrial, conducted research, drafted documents and prepared relevant information for expert witnesses.

      My practice is focussed on extradition and immigration and asylum law. In respect of immigration and asylum law, I am interested in how mental health considerations intersects with article 3 and 8. In terms of extradition, I have appeared in a number of reported cases. I regularly attend City of Westminster Magistrates Court for full extradition hearings, advise upon merits and attend at HMP Wandsworth for conferences in S26 appeals.
