My role required in depth technical knowledge of the product suite plus working knowledge of unified communication (UC) platforms and protocols, including MS Lync (SIP), Cisco (XMPP) and Openfire (XMPP)• Adopted early as a member of a new team launching Markit Collaboration Services.
