  As the Director of Better Homes I was given the task of setting up and managing the commercial sales and leasing teams. Originally started of as a manager in early 2005 with a small team of leasing agents, my job required me to develop systems, protocols, business development, marketing and advertising strategies, identify areas for diversification, recruit and train agents. Eventually by the end fo 2008 the team grew to a size of 80 sales and leasing agents.
