  Monitoring and Analyzing parameters and cluster level KPIs (CSSR, CDR, HSR, IHSR Traffic distribution and TCH/SDCCH Blocking) for smooth cluster acceptance process. Project involving Cluster Optimization IAR & FAC Report which includes hard/soft parametric optimization, improvement of major CS & PS KPIs,.I.e.
