Serving tens of thousands of users monthly and managing millions of documents per year, Viewpoint for Projects leads the way in allowing contractors to manage their projects and supply chain and bring their projects in on-time and under budget. Show less I led the successful post-acquisition integration of Construction Imaging's product line into the Viewpoint family. Leading a team of Software and QA engineers to build the industry's top ECM integration to an ERP system. All the while doubling the overall revenue and customer base while maintaining a top-performing NPS score. I worked closely with counterparts in Sales, Professional Services and Support to ensure a complete customer experience by feeding their needs and input back into the product's roadmap. I was an advocate for the Scrum methodology within both my team as well as the broader organization that helped my products deliver consistent and predictable results through multiple releases.
