  I cultured and transduced air-liquid interface cells from patients mimicking symptoms related to Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases (COPD). I performed ELISA’s, confocal microscopy, and imaging analysis of over 100 patient samples. I studied the effects of Hedgehog signaling cascades in patients with COPD.

  I take and record vital signs, height and weight measurements, and vision and hearing screenings from patients between newborn and 18. I administer immunizations/nebulizar treatments to patients based off their visit. I also perform lab collection and processing of hemoglobin, lead, rapid strep, flu, RSV tests, urinalsysis, and blood draws through phlebotomy skills. Experience with working alongside a provider and the rest of the healthcare team.
