      Took over a PM role for the VOIP migration project for FedEx, which was a major roll-out across the United States. Responsible for many points of administration, managing the helpdesk, scheduling, and working with full time employees, contractors, and vendors. Also responsible for verifying and managing scope as well as handling technician escalations. The FedEx project was a 5 phase site implementation - including survey, site remediation, network cut over, VOIP migration, and day 1 support. Also managed risk by evaluating sites and altering site plans as needed. Attended higher priority sites as needed in person or when requested by the customer. Show less Was responsible for several major points of administration, scheduling, billing, and managing vendors, technicians, and a team of project coordinators. Master scheduler - responsible for all full time employees, contractors, and vendors and verifying their rate, time, and attendance at each site, as well as managing lodging for 'tiger teams' that traveled regionally. Was also responsible for setting up regional site schedules to optimize tiger team proximity, and then verifying the site plan with the customer. Similar role in two major 'roll-outs,' which included subcontracting for a customer with contracts for Penske and Home Depot. The Home Depot Project was a massive effort to replace all access points and switches at all their store locations in North America and the outlying islands. Both were considered very successful. Worked with customers such as Symantec, several divisions of Hewlett Packard, LeHigh Hanson, Source (USPS), Citizen's Bank, General Dynamics (U.S. Senate), and Target, among many others and ensured my team met all their network, telephony, and video needs while adhering to SLA and budget restraints. Interfaced with all departments across the state to ensure their servers were meeting security standards and assisted with implementation plans to upgrade out of both Windows 2008 and RHEL5 and into viable solutions. Also worked with agencies across the state to move out of Solaris servers and into other viable solutions.Along with supporting the EoL program, also supported the Enterprise Development Solutions team with several statewide endeavors in conjunction with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) - including pre-production, production, test and development environments.
